Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition.
• Items that have been opened, used, or modified are not eligible for return.
• Proof of purchase from MIRELLIQOS is required.

How to Return an Item

1. Contact our Customer Service team at support@mirelliqos.com to initiate a return request.
2. Pack the item securely in the original packaging and include all accessories, warranty cards, and documentation.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you via email of the status of your refund. If approved, a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Exchanges

Unfortunately, MIRELLIQOS does not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
